Rajasthan Sanitary and Hardware acts solely as a facilitator between our customers and independent local technicians or plumbers in the Sadri region.

• We do not employ these technicians; they are independent third-party contractors.
• We provide these connections as a courtesy to help you get your hardware installed correctly.
• No Liability: We are not responsible or liable for any damage, delays, or quality of work performed by these technicians. All payments and service agreements for installation are strictly between the customer and the technician.

We facilitate local delivery services for your convenience through independent transporters and drivers.

• Direct Payment: All delivery charges must be paid directly to the driver upon delivery.
• No Interference: Rajasthan Sanitary and Hardware does not set delivery prices and does not earn a commission from transportation. Any price negotiation or bargaining is done directly with the driver.
• The business is not liable for goods once they leave our showroom and are handed over to the independent transporter.

We take pride in selling only genuine products. Returns and exchanges are handled with a verification process to ensure fairness and quality.

• Verification & Invoice: Goods will only be taken back after proper verification to confirm the product was purchased from our showroom. A valid original invoice is mandatory for all returns and exchanges.
• Refund Options: Customers have the choice to either exchange the item for other products of the same value or receive a cash refund.
• Condition of Goods:
  • No Damage: Broken or physically damaged items will not be accepted for return.
  • No Partial Use: Half-used or partially consumed products will not be taken back.
  • Unused Requirement: Plumbing fittings, tubings, and taps must be in their original, unaltered condition. They must not have been used (no water residue inside) or installed.
  • Spare Parts: Small changeable parts like washers and caps are non-returnable once opened.

Warranties are generally provided by the respective brands (Jaquar, Hindware, etc.).

• Water Tanks: Most of our premium water tanks come with a 10-year guarantee provided by the manufacturer. Please note that this guarantee covers the tank body only; the lid cover is not covered under the guarantee.
• Brand Claims: For any manufacturing defects, we will facilitate the connection between you and the brand's service center for inspection and claims.

Our showroom contains heavy sanitary ware and sharp hardware tools. Your safety is our priority.

• Safety: Customers are requested to supervise children at all times. The business is not liable for injuries caused by the mishandling of displayed products.
• Breakage: Any damage to showroom display items caused by customer negligence may be subject to a replacement charge covering the cost of the item.

Due to the nature of manufacturing processes for ceramics and hardware:

• Variations: Minor color or texture variations may occur between the showroom display piece and the delivered stock. This is a standard characteristic of ceramic products and certain hardware finishes.

Hardware prices often fluctuate based on raw material costs (brass, steel, plastics).

• Validity: Handwritten or digital estimates provided by our staff are valid only until the next price variation from the brands.
• Final billing will be based on the prevailing prices at the time of the actual invoice generation.

We respect your privacy and handle your information with care.

• Data Usage: We only collect and use your phone number and name for the purposes of billing, order tracking, and WhatsApp communication.
• No Third Parties: We do not sell, trade, or share your contact details with any third parties or marketing agencies.

To ensure accuracy and prevent future inconvenience, we follow a strict multi-step checking process:

• Double-Checked: Every order is checked twice by our staff before being prepared for discharge from the shop.
• Final Inspection at Shop: Customers or their representatives are requested to verify the final order with us before it leaves the showroom.
• Verification at Site: Please re-verify the quantities and items immediately upon receiving the order at your project site.
• Reporting any discrepancies immediately helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Rajasthan Sanitary and Hardware is registered under the GST Composition Scheme.

• No GST Collection: As per government regulations for composition dealers, we do not collect GST from our customers.
• Bill of Supply: All transactions are issued via a Bill of Supply rather than a Tax Invoice.
• No Input Tax Credit: Business customers purchasing from us will not be eligible to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).

Plywood and boards are natural-based products subject to industry-standard variations.

• Thickness & Texture: Standard variations in thickness (+/- 1mm), grain pattern, and color are normal characteristics of plywood and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
• Usage: The durability of plywood products depends on proper treatment, lamination, and the environmental conditions (moisture/heat) of the installation site.

For fragile items such as mirrors, glass basins, and high-end ceramic ware:

• Pre-Exit Inspection: Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect fragile items for cracks or chips before they leave the showroom.
• Once these items have been checked and removed from our premises, we are not liable for any subsequent breakages or damage.

All business transactions, agreements, and disputes related to Rajasthan Sanitary and Hardware are subject to Sadri jurisdiction only.

• By purchasing from us, you agree that any legal proceedings will be held within the local courts of Sadri.
• Prices and availability are subject to change until the final invoice is issued.
